Skyway 60/40: November 22nd
For many years, the Skyway Epic has been a vibrant staple of the Alabama bike racing community. The history is rich, and the roots are deep. From its beginnings with Brent and Jacquelyn Marshal’s Southern Fried Rides to Jason, Wendi and the Ordinary Epics team for their efforts over the past few years to keep the tradition and legacy of this race alive we greatly appreciate all the work they have done.
We understand their reasons for cancelling the event this year. Times are definitely difficult. However, this race means so much to us personally that we are unwilling to let it die off.
For 2025, COGS will be hosting the event ourselves on November 22 as the Skyway 60/40. We will have the full backing of BUMP to assist us in putting together the event, and we know, with our passion and their experience, that we are fully capable of carrying on this great tradition that means so much to so many people.
