Rental Bike FAQs

HOW DO I RENT A BIKE?

You can go through our website in the "Contact Us" tab, or feel free to contact us (205-344-5971) and we will be more than happy to reserve you a bike.

DO YOU RENT E-BIKES?

Yes. We have Turbo Levo mountain bikes available for daily rentals. We do not have any e-bikes for road rides or for leisure riding.

WHAT DOES MY RENTAL COME WITH?

Every rental bike includes pedals, a bottle cage, and a helmet. At times extra helmets may not be available. It’s best to bring your own if possible. We have Shimano clipless pedals and flat pedals available. Just let us know when you contact us.

ARE THERE TRAILS NEARBY?

Yes, Munny Sokol Park, Hurricane Creek, and Lurleen State Park are all great options. Check out the local rides page on our website for several other surrounding trail systems.

CAN I RENT A BIKE FOR A HALF DAY?

Yes we do but the cost is the same as renting for a full day.

WHAT IF MY RENTAL BIKE IS MUDDY?

We ask to please bring the bike back reasonably clean. Most trail systems have a bike wash that you can spray the bike down with. If not, we have a hose at the back of the store that you are welcome to use. Otherwise there will be a $40 cleaning fee.

WHAT IF I BRING THE BIKE IN LATE?

Bikes brought in late will result in an additional day charge per bike.

CAN I RENT A BIKE TODAY?

Absolutely! If we have availability. But it’s best if you can reserve at least 24 hours in advance.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We recommend bringing your own riding equipment, water bottle/hydration pack. If you want to install your own comfort accessories additional charges may apply. We require your driver's license number, DOB, and signature for our paperwork.
