This 34 mile ridehas 4.6 miles of paved road and 29.6 miles f unpaved trails. This is a beautiful ride with a good bit of climbing.

Hot Hundred
Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Road Ride
This 101 mile ride follows the 2022 Hot Hundred Century route. It features a tour through The UA campus, follows along the riverwalk, and goes by the Tuscaloosa airport.
Frog Ridge
Tuscaloosa, Alabama

This 40 mile route has it all. It has 24 miles of flat, scenic Sander's Ferry Road, with one challenging hill, then beautiful rolling terrain on Frog Ridge.
Mountain Flyer 80
Tuscaloosa, Alabama

This is a classic Tuscaloosa route. 24 out of 80 miles are the out Sanders. The middle 45 are beautiful rolling terrain with very low traffic. You can get water at mile 28 at the Romulus Fire Station. At mile 42 is the historic Ralph Store that features famous BBQ!
Sanders Ferry 30

This 29 mile route goes through campus, down University Blvd through the strip, downtown, then tours through agricultural land.
Casual & Leisure Rides
These are all pretty family friendly. We always recommend that you be vigilant and watch out for traffic, but the Riverwalk, the Randal Parkway Trail, and The Richard L. Platt Levee Trail are all traffic-free and child friendly. If you have any questions or would like us to give you more suggestions, we'd be happy to help!

Richard L. Platt Memorial Levee Trail

A 2.5 mile paved multipurpose trail goes along the river and passes the old wood and steel trestle bridge. The trail is not shaded from the sun's rays, nor is it lit up at night, so be mindful of that as you visit.
University of Alabama
